  4. Price is not an issue for me. I want the best streaming device available. Fastest and highest quality video available. I'll have someone unlock everything so I get free shows and stuff. What is the best? This or nvidia shield?!? For streaming. Don't care too much about games but I'm willing to pay extra if the shield is better for streaming
